Milligan Construction Inc. was founded in 1994 by Rick Milligan Jr.

Rick has over 40 years of experience in the commercial drywall business. He started out working summers in high school and college learning the drywall trade. Milligan Construction succeeds by developing relationships built on performance and trust.

We work mostly for General Contractors and understand how difficult their job can be. We strive to make sure our trade is one they don’t have to worry about to complete the project.

Our team prides itself on meeting deadlines, providing quality work and compromise to get the job done.
